The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Bucharest was established in 1977. It closed however in 1988, but reopened the summer of 1990. We are located in a villa in Bucharest's Sector 1. The Embassy covers both Romania and the Republic of Moldova. In 2003 the first Norwegian honorary consulate in Romania opened in Constanta at the Black Sea Coast.
