The consulate can help travelling Norwegians, tourists or representatives from the trade and industry sector in matters concerning the regions Constanta, Braila, Galati, Ialomita and Calarasi. The consulate helps equally Romanians from the same counties with interests in Norway. The consulate cannot issue Norwegian passports, but can issue an Emergency Travel Document for Norwegians for their return to Norway. The consulate cannot issue visas.
