On June 8, Norwegian companies with operations in Romania participated in the already traditional NORTEAM Meeting organized by the Norwegian Embassy, in Bucharest. Representatives of about 25 Norwegian companies had the opportunity to exchange views and share experience by using the Norteam event as an information and interaction platform.

Supras Consult has become a limited liability company, registered in both Norway and UK. The name has accordingly changed to Supras Consult Ltd. The business model has, however, not changed (for details, please see the website www.supras.biz). An opportunity to register an affiliate company and set up an office in Romania has unfortunately not yet arisen.

Starting November 2010, the STX Group group is listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. With the same date, the name of the group was changed from STX Norway Offshore into STX OSV (Offshore & Specialized Vessels). Consequently, the name of the shipyard in Braila is now STX OSV Braila.
